Terms & Conditions

Orders – We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. All goods are subject to availability.

Payment Options – We Paypal payment system. All goods remain the property of Coccolino until paid for in full.

Refunds – Refunds will be made via the method of payment.

Claims for Loss/Damage – In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit our products are insured and we will replace the damaged contents or gift, providing the following are adhered to: A. The goods are signed for upon receipt as either damaged or unexamined. B. The carrier and ourselves are informed in writing within 3 days of delivery quoting reference number of parcel. C. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and it may be required that the goods be returned to us before replacing or refunding. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods only.

VAT/Local Taxes & Duties – VAT is added where applicable to all products Taxes etc are the responsibility of the recipient in the Country of Destination.

Data Protection – Coccolino does not sell to anyone its database of customers and all information given remains confidential to the Company.

Product Policy – Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice. Website prices and special offers may differ from those in-store. Any dimensions weights, and measures quoted are approximate. Images are for illustration purposes only. Any product information found on the website is intended for guidance only.

Liability – Our liability for a product is limited to the guarantee of our supplier. Liability for loss is limited to the purchase price of goods.

Situations out of our control – Whilst every effort will be made to meet all customer demands we cannot be held responsible for situations out of our control or forces of Nature, War, Labour Strikes
